Trevaughn Smith Photography (“I,” “me,” or “my”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email me at info@tre.photos.

Information I collect

• Information you give me. When you submit an inquiry form, I collect your name, email address, and the details you choose to share about the photography you’re looking for.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, my host records standard server information (such as your browser type and approximate region) to keep the site secure and running. I do not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

How I use your information

I use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, talk through your vision, packages, and pricing, and — if we work together — to plan and deliver your session. I don’t sell your information, and I don’t use it for advertising.

Who I share it with

I share your information only with the services that help me run my photography business, and only as needed:

• Website hosting — this site is hosted on Vercel.
• Inquiry & client management — inquiries may be organized in my CRM (Bonsai) and related tools I use to follow up and manage bookings.
• Legal reasons — if required by law or to protect my rights.

Links to my social profiles (such as Instagram) lead to platforms with their own privacy policies, which govern any information you share there.

Photographs

The photographs on this site are my copyrighted work. Details about how images from your own session may be used are covered in your photography contract, not this policy.

Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared through this site at any time by emailing info@tre.photos. I keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and provide services, unless a longer period is required for legal or business records.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
