The person behind the lens 📸

My name is Trevaughn. Nice to meet you! 🤟🏿

I’m a queer professional wedding and portrait photographer based in the DMV, helping couples remember their wedding day exactly as it happened — the laughter, the tears, the chaos, and every little moment in between!

I picked up my first camera in college, and what started as a hobby quickly became a love for catching people exactly as they are. Since then, I’ve photographed hundreds of people and dozens of couples — all in the middle of their own unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime moments.

My style is documentary and photojournalistic — I let the day unfold naturally and only step in when you need me. I’m laid back, but I’ve got your back the whole way — whether that’s fixing your veil, calming your nerves, chasing down a missing bouquet, or pulling you away from the crowd so you can sneak a quiet moment together.

From the first “yes” to the last dance of the night, I’m honored to be part of each couple’s story — capturing memories you’ll want to relive for years to come. 🌻

It all starts with an introduction! I'll hop on a virtual call with you and your partner to introduce myself, talk about how I got here & what I have to offer, discuss packages and pricing, and answer any questions you might have!
If you decide to move forward (fingers crossed 🤞🏿) I'll send over a contract and retainer invoice – once signed and paid, your date is locked in and we're set!
I'll be a constant, reachable resource to support you as wedding planning moves forward.
Whether its discussing lighting, scheduling a venue walkthrough or just talking about vendors, no reason is small enough to shoot me a text or schedule a call!
I'll meet with you a couple weeks before to confirm timeline and logistics for the big day!
It's the big day! I'll be encouraging you to live in the moment with your partner, while I work to capture it!
After the wedding, we'll chat briefly and I'll begin the long (but fulfilling!) editing process!
